Active Grants Scientific report

An annual and a final science report are required.  All science reports, including both annual and final, should be submitted through this website. It is no longer possible to submit science reports by mail or email.

Please note that each of the PIs needs to login with his/her personal UserID and Password and approve the report. After submitting the report, and if you are the initiating PI (the PI who submitted the proposal), please contact your research authority/office/administration and request that they approve it online as well. Only their approval submits the report to the appropriate location in the BSF office.

Annual Report:
A short annual science progress report should be submitted one month before completion of each year of the grant except for the final year (see below). The report is evaluated prior to approval of the next year’s grant. Details of the required information in the annual report can be found in the "Manual for Report Submissions" that can be downloaded here.

Final Science Report:
The final science report should be submitted no later than two months after the completion of the grant period. It should contain a detailed description of research results and achievements of the project in its entirety. Details of the required information in the annual report can be found in the "Manual for Report Submissions" that can be downloaded here
