Grant Administration
Payments
- The money will be transferred to the research authority of the applicant in the country that will host the workshop. If required, the institutions in the two countries will form their own arrangements for reimbursement.
- Seventy five percent (75%) of the budget will be transferred after the BSF approves the final program, including names of the participants.
- Final payment will be made after a report has been submitted and approved by the BSF.
Reports
No later than two months after the workshop, the grantees must submit to the BSF a final report, signed by the research authority that received the grant. The report will include:
- A brief account of the workshop and its accomplishments.
- Copy of the program
- List of participants with their institutional associations.
- Detailed account of the expenses.
BSF Recognition The BSF will be recognized in all publications related to the workshop, including invitations, posters, announcements, internet website, slides, workshop program and emanating publications. The following wording will be used, together with the BSF logo: U.S.-Israel Binational Science Foundation Workshop.
