Who We Are
Founded in 2012, the American Friends of the United States-Israel Binational Science Foundation (AFBSF) supports the United States-Israel Binational Science Foundation (BSF). Scientific collaboration between American and Israeli scientists has achieved significant outcomes in diverse fields of basic and applied scientific fields including life sciences, medicine and biomedical engineering. Together we ensure premier American and Israeli scientists continue their scientific innovation between the two countries through our support of collaborative world-class research.

The BSF’s ability to meet the ever-growing costs of innovative research and the increasing needs of Israeli and American scientists is a significant challenge.
