Evaluation
Evaluation & Selection Criteria
Applications will be evaluated by a panel of U.S. or Israeli scientists, on the basis of their merit, in light of the overall aim of the program, and the qualifications of the candidates. In particular, the significance of the trip to the candidate’s research must be made evident in the application.
Selection is made based on the following criteria:
- The expected contribution of the travel grant to the research carried out by the applicant.
- Scientific profile of the applicant and his/her achievement record
- The letters of support from the applicant’s advisor and host.
